Disks - backing up non copy-protected disks:  Method 1. Select all the files on the source disk 
(Command-A) and drag them to the target disk 
(backup disk).  Method 2. Drag the icon of the source disk onto the icon of the target disk.  The first method will add the copied files to whatever is already on the disk while the second method will completely ERASE everything that was on the target disk.  The second method may be the safest - there may be invisible files that would not get copied if you used the first method.
